"Staff went above and beyond to look after us. Arrived to very heavy rain , 2 ladies from hotel came to meet us where taxi had dropped us off with umbrellas but not only this insisted on taking our cases to the hotel carrying them across wet cobbles. The room and location are fantastic and the breakfast amazing you can choose anything from main bar restaurant all freshly cooked."
