When I complained upon check in. they removed the fee. Also attended a ball at the hotel. Know mass produced meals will never be of high standard but their main course steak meal was of quite poor standard"

"Lovely hotel in Gort, Galway. Great entrance area with an impressive oak staircase Spacious and well decorated room. Breakfast was excellent with very attentive staff, who kept replenishing our tea and coffee. The lounge / bar area was very comfortable as well. We did not have lunch or evening meals in the bar/restaurant but we saw many local people and families enjoying the food. Some of our party used the pool and said it was lovely and hot. Swimming caps were provided. "
