Have fun with the whole family at this recently renovated stylish place. Adorable single story 3Bd/1.5Ba vacation getaway in historic Lincolnville, just a short walk to the St. Augustine Distillery, San Sebastian Winery, Elevate Food Truck, St. Augustine Fish Camp, and other downtown attractions.

With 2 queen bedrooms, along with 1 bunk room with a Queen bed + a full bed, this home offers a tremendous space for guests to relax. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and modern amenities like heating, WiFi, and AC. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and private, fenced yard, fire pit, decks with grill allow for easy cooking at home. The street is very quiet and plenty of on site parking on property. Experience all that St. Augustine has to offer within walking or biking distance!
