Escape to this peaceful tropical beach house & visit the oldest city. Anastasia Island at Crescent Beach. 1.4 miles down from the restaurants and pier. House is 3 streets from the beach; Walk 4 minutes, ride a bike, drive over & park. Sunsets at the intercoastal waterway, Hammock Dunes golf course 16 miles away Spacious rooms, enjoy the peaceful lanai with coffee or cocktails . 65 inch TV for movie nights. The space
We have put a lot of care into this home that we love so much. So many personal touches and have provided everything one would need. We have personalized each room to make it feel at home and comfortable. The mermaid room, kids room, with bunkbeds, and the master bedroom. Lots of living space games and puzzles, very family, friendly environment, and welcoming neighborhood. Relax on the lanai, games and puzzles,

Other things to note
Play bingo on Thursday evenings, free at Redfrog restaurant in walking distance. Can also drive on the beach and park at the top of the beach. The beach is not crowded. This is not a commercial area which is why I bought this house. You can drive 1.4 miles up to the restaurants in the pier.
Hammock Dunes golf course 16 miles away,.
Also venture into Saint Augustine, and discover all of the history of the oldest city. Museums, ghost tours. George Street, so much to do.
