Welcome to Tiki Hut! This lovely 1 level villa is located just 1 house off a sandy path over the short dune to beautiful Saint Augustine Beach. Very conveniently located and within walking distance to restaurants, bars and unique shops. The Saint Augustine fishing pier is just a few blocks down the way. You will find a Farmer’s market every Wednesday at the fishing pier with lots of vendors featuring unique items and lots of food.

We had a relaxing time. We’ve stayed here a couple time now. Cute little house by the beach. My only complaint is the Ac make a loud noise when turning the compressor or heater automatically thru the night. It wake me up. Other than that very nice and neighborhood is very quiet.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

The property was absolutely perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our 10th Anniversary. The house has the perfect beach house feel and location. It was clean and orderly and was stocked with everything you need to stay a few days. We were totally undisturbed and truly enjoyed the low traffic street while being so close to Food/Entertainment.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Tiki Hut. Everything was great and convenient to many restaurants and one house from the beach. The only issue was it rained all but one day but we still had a wonderful trip.

Can’t beat the location

Place was literally steps from the beach. Unit itself was a little run down but had everything we needed except beach chairs and umbrella which would’ve been nice. Owner was quick with responses. All in all a great trip and would stay there again as I said location was amazing

Great location! One house away from the beach and a very short walk. We could tell the house is well loved and it had everything we needed. The back patio and deck patio were nice bonus spaces we enjoyed!

Fantastic Week at the Beach

The house was just as described. Our party of 5 plus two dogs truly enjoyed our stay! It was a very short distance to the beach, and a short drive to historic downtown as well. Before our trip the property manager was very responsive to any questions I had. We would definitely stay again!

Spacious and comfortable cottage

Hubby and I and our small dog spent the month of February in this cute cottage. The furnishings are exactly what we needed, and everything in the cabinets is thoughtfully selected, clean, and easy to find. On top of that, the location can’t be beat. We will be back.

Magnolia House

Beautiful home with fully stocked kitchen and convenient layout to accommodate both family time and privacy. Short, easy walk to beach and convenient to shops, restaurants, and downtown Saint Augustine. The property manager is extremely responsive for any questions. Magnolia House was perfect for our Thanksgiving visit and we would definitely stay here again!

The poperty was excatly as described. The owners had everything there for you which is so convenient. Loved how close the beach is ..literally a house away. Perfect for families and even for dogs ! Loved it and cant wait to come back again!

great place!! very clean and stocked . I wanted something close to the NYE fireworks This was perfect for that so close to the pier and the roof top deck. I spent a lot of time up there listening to the waves. If you are looking for a place at the beach this is perfect
