This nicely upgraded unit comes equipped with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. King bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa means room for the whole family. Unit sleeps 6. Summerhouse has 4 Heated Pools, 4 Tennis Courts, 4 Racquetball Courts, 4 Pickle ball Courts, 4 Beach Walk-Overs, and Shuffle Board. There are 2 grilling areas and 2 playgrounds for the kids conveniently located at either end of the property. There is a small Book Library and a Fitness Room available during normal business hours.

We love St Augustine!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
