Three Bedroom, Sanitized, Pet Friendly Bungalow

This beautiful, pet friendly, home is only 2 blocks from Historic Downtown with access to dozens of great restaurants, bars and interesting boutiques for shopping.
We are also located a quick 10-15 minute drive from two of Florida's beautiful beaches. Vilano Beach is located slightly north of us and Saint Augustine Beach is a short drive over the Bridge of Lion on A1A.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen for those nights you might want to stay in and cook. Pots, pans, dishes and even spices are furnished.
There are 3 bedrooms. Two with comfortable queen size beds, one with two comfy twin beds and all are piled high with pillows. There is lots of dresser and closet space in each. The queen size hideaway bed is located in the living room and all the linens and pillows located in the third bedroom closet.
The house has two bathrooms. One in the master bedroom and one to share. All are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner and liquid soap.
You may enjoy sitting on the front porch in the evenings and listening to the music on Saint George Street. Francis Field, where many festivals are, is located at the end of the block. There is also a large children's playground there. It's also a wonderful place to walk your dog.
Saint Augustine is a wonderful place to visit with many diverse attractions.

Stayed for 4 days in late April. House older but comfortable and very clean with parking! Excellent communication with owner and manager. Very walkable to many places. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home that had all the comfort and amenities and was within a short walking distance to the historic downtown area. The only thing missing was historic information on the house as it would have been nice read. We highly recommend this property for your St Augustine stay.

property is well set up, very clean, well stocked with essentials, it’s tucked in a residential neighborhood so it’s quiet with parking (didn’t have to park on the street). Location is walking distance to everything in town so we didn’t have to drive and pay for parking while in town, most places were 7-13 minute walk

We enjoyed staying at this very clean home in the center of historic downtown St. Augustine. Stayed 4 nights and only left in the car one time. Walked everywhere. House was comfortable, and well decorated and equipped.

We cannot say enough great things about this property! Not only was it spotless, but it also had toiletries and additional items we were used to having to bring ourselves. I also cannot get over the location. It was on a quiet street with plenty of parking in the back of the house. We could walk to the historic district in just a few minutes. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be staying here when we are back in St. Augustine!

My friends and I stayed on the property for two nights and had absolutely zero complaints. We were in the middle of town with easy access to everything, removing the problem of parking. Thank you for a great stay!

Cute cottage. I travel with 2 disabled family members. Perfect location for walking/wheelchair/scooter to Main Street attractions. Great rate. Very clean, quiet, no issues. Would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids (6,3,1) and found it to be perfect! The property is within walking distance to the touristy downtown area. We were out and about most of the day, so weren’t really at the house, unless to sleep, but looked to be a fully stocked kitchen. An added bonus for families is a huge playground right down the road from the property. kitchen

I can't imagine that anyone would be able to find a better price for as nice an accommodation as close to the old city as this. This house has old world charm, a beautiful outdoor garden area, ample parking (rare commodity in St. Augustine), and a great kitchen. The old city is just a couple of blocks away, an incredibly easy walk. You're not going to do better than this place.

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my husband and his immediate family (parents and brother) before his brother headed out of State for work. The property manager was super friendly and lives in the home behind the property. Parking was easy, plenty of room in back.

As soon as we pulled into the property, the neighbor/property manager bombarded us with explanations & rules before we could even get out of the car. Once the rest of our crew arrived, she then also gave us instructions to not let the dog pee on any plants, to keep him on a close leash & to walk the dog off the property as she didn’t want the dog to bother the stray cats she feeds. The parking on the booking says 3 midsized vehicles, & even though we did have 1 SUV, 1 truck, & 1 car, there was no room for all 3 & we had to park one off the property. I wouldn’t say this house is overly pet friendly & to consider only bringing 2 cars. Overall the house was clean & as advertised & within walking distance to downtown, but beware that you may be micro-managed.
