Located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the city, this lovely 3-bedroom home is conveniently located for you to take advantage of everything this amazing area has to offer. At most, you’ll be just a 15-minute drive from the sparkling white beaches Florida is well-known for to the west, highway I-95 transporting you in and out of the city to the east, and the historic downtown with an abundance of landmarks, shopping, dining, attractions, and festivals to the south. Day trips to and from your desired destination are a literal breeze, and better yet, your furry friends can come along for the trip as well! If you happen to be visiting during the months of November through January, you won’t want to miss the Nights of Lights, a dazzling and award-winning holiday lights display that you can experience on foot, train, or trolley. There’s something new to explore every day in this stunning coastal community!
The home’s recently renovated interior conveys a fresh and modern look and feel with all-new furnishings and décor. The spacious living room includes plush sofa and armchair seating along with a large, mounted smart TV ensuring you never have to miss an episode of your favorite show. The open floorplan organically flows you into the dining room where an elegant table can seat 6 for formal meals or a family game night. The sparkling kitchen showcases stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cabinets well-stocked with cookware and dining ware. The ample counter space can seat 2 on high-top stools for quick bites or serve as a staging area for a spread of delicious afternoon hors d’oeuvres. When you’re ready for more of that fresh coastal air, the spacious, fenced-in backyard is perfect for engaging in a game or two of fetch as you relax on the deck in the outdoor lounge seating with your fresh cup of morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
