Guests will have access to the south side of the downstairs of the home. Each unit has it's own separate deck space but the boardwalk to the beach is shared by all units.

The parking area is shared by all units. Unit B is allowed two vehicles max.


Please note: The home is split into three separate units.

This listing is for Unit B (downstairs, south side of home). Inquire for more details and availability if interested in renting more than one unit.

Unit A is located downstairs on the north side, unit C is the entire upstairs.


Pet Policy: One dog is welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150. Please let us know ahead of time if traveling with a pet.
