Guest Access:

The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.

Great Choice

We stayed 7 days with a visit from family for 2days The granddaughter loved the heated pool. Everything was clean and a pleasure to spend our vacation stay. We will be back and highly recommend.

Long weekend in St. Augustine

Beautiful new contemporary home, close to old town, and the beach. Very nice private fenced yard with heated pool. Check in and check out were easy.

Fresh and relaxing

It was just a quick getaway with our grandkids to check out the lighthouse and fort, and experience the food downtown. It was nice to come back to the house where we could relax after a day of running around. It is close to everything. Loved everything about the place. Highly recommend staying there. We will be back!

Family vacation and College campus tour

This property was perfect for our needs. The location sits right in the middle for either going to the beach or downtown. It was a close drive for both. It worked perfect for our family as we wanted to spend sometime at the beach but also had activities planned for downtown. The house was super clean and was just as it was described. No surprises. We loved it and the pool was a super nice addition.

Easy option for a couple nights

Place was clean and everything worked properly but the proximity to road makes for lots of car noise late at night. Also the outdoor lights and pool lights shine bright through all bedrooms upstairs as some of the windows don’t have coverings.
