We will def stay here again!

Location was great, it was very quiet and everyone was very friendly. We felt safe and comfortable there. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the beach, and we appreciated the beach towels, which we usually end up buying once we arrive. Having two full bathrooms was a treat as well. It was very spacious, much bigger than you usually get when you rent a condo. The hot tub was a nice addition for us to enjoy every evening as well. We will absolutely be staying here next time we come to St Augustine.

Beautiful and conveniently located

The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious. Close to both pools and not too far of a walk to parking. Lots of restaurants close by and less than 10 minutes from downtown. I definitely will be booking again ☺️

The condo was perfect! Everything was clean and had Everything we needed. The complex is well kept and secure. The owner was so nice and checked in on our stay, and made sure we got home safely in the hurricane. We will definitely stay there again:)

Great location and clean facility

The location was perfect for walking to the beach for the day or spending some time at the pool with the kids. It being in very close proximity to all the restaurants it made it easy to walk or drive. We had a great time in St. Augustine beach and really enjoyed our stay at the tennis and racquet resort.

Great beachfront Condo!

Perfect place, steps to the beach, and minutes to attractions downtown! Pools and hot tubs were clean, as well as all the grounds. Plenty of activities to do, with equipment all provided. We will definitely stay again!

Perfect Getaway

This condo was exactly what we needed for our 4-day stay in St Augustine Beach. We had only ever been to St Augustine once before ~ 10 years ago--and this property was perfectly located for all our outings. The furnishings were comfortable and we all appreciated the swimming pools and the beautiful beach. All concerns were addressed by the host quickly and resolved professionally. We would love to return soon!

Great Family Vibe

The property is very nice and the beach access was great and not busy at all in January. The unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Also there is no beach view, the balcony overlooks the pool and trash bins. It does have a large hot tub in the courtyard and the owners were very communicative and nice. Great area and alot of bang for your buck!

I have stayed at a number of VRBO properties and this was by far one of the best. It is updated throughout. Open and airy floor plan. A short walk to the private beach access. It has a great kitchen if you want to stay in for meals. (A Publix is about a half mile away.) Or there are losts of really fun places to eat within a mile or two. I would definitely stay here again.

First visit to St. Augustine

This was a clean unit with a good beach location. All of the resort amenities were great. Shuffle board, tennis, bocee ball & the hot tub. Full time gate attendant. The host Dawn was very helpful and prompt with any questions I had. I would recommend this VRBO to a friend.

I had asked about all fees. Then I got the final check in papers it said there was a parking fee of $12.00. I email the CO and they did take care of the fee because I had said that I thought it should have been disclosed before the final paperwork. When we actually got there the fee was $15.00. But like I said they had already covered the cost. Also when I called I asked if there was WI FI because my daughter had to take a quiz online. She had her laptop but all the codes they gave us wont work. I contacted Gina and she entered up having to give me her personal xfinitly account information for us to be able to get online. There is also NO ELEVATOR. I don't recall seeing this in the listing. I had called and asked. I also email and asked again. There were 2 flights of stairs. Very hard to deal with when carrying luggage. We tried to leave once in the morning and come back when we were done for the day, so we wont have to go up and down those stairs. The master bedroom and porch is across the parking lot from the complexes dumpsters. they are covered with white fencing but still... Monday morning the morning we were leaving the trash trucks were there around 7AM. Woke me up. The furniture on the porch area wasn't very comfortable it was a high top table with little stools to match. But only 3 stools. There were plates and cookware. Washer and Dryer very nice. Very clean upon checking in. Plenty of extra sheets and towels. Parking was good and we were always able to get a place to park. The instructions in the black book inside the condo didn't match the instructions that were emailed to me. The beach code had changed also the guard at the gate gave us the new code. The instructions also said to take out the trash... so that mean taking it down 2 flights of stairs and taking to the dumpster located across parking lot. We had to strip the beds and pile up the towels and run the dishwasher. I understand there is more cleaning to be done but we did pay a cleaning fee also, so why are we taking out the trash to the dumpster?? There was a sofa not very comfortable to sit on, the chair wasn't much better. There were 2 other chairs very uncomfortable too. There was always a glare on the TV from the outside during the daylight hours. Very hard to be comfort to watch TV or a movie. Master bedroom had a lot light coming in at night. The other bedroom we placed a sheet over those blinds because we felt that someone could look right in.
