A wonderful time in St. Augustine!

Our family enjoyed our week at Sandy Feet! The condo had everything we needed, and we loved St. Augustine.The area was safe and family-friendly, with lots to do, and we had some some wonderful walks and sunrises on the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and played quite a bit of pickleball.Thanks so much for sharing your home with us, we really enjoyed our time!

1st floor condo

Loved the 1st floor with a nice patio with views of pool and ocean. Short walk over boardwalk to the ocean! Condo was well stocked with pool towels, goggles, soft cooler, coffee k cups , seasonings , family games and brochures filled with activities. Short drive to downtown, historic st Augustine.

Wonderful

The property was beautifully maintained and even had carts to use when unloading groceries and personal belongings. The Sandy Feet home had everything you could possibly need and more. We didn't need one thing that the home didn't already provide. The view from the patio was so beautiful looking at the pool and the ocean in the background. Our breakfast on the patio was a great start to our day. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Gated community with a super large pool and ocean front view. Very well stocked condo that was clean and had comfortable beds. Lots of games, books, pool and beach supplies. Basic cooking spices and oils with a well stocked kitchen with every appliance available. Very close drive to restaurants and a mall. Easy access to downtown St Augustine. Extremely clean complex with friendly staff.

Great Stay!

This property was excellent for my family and I. The condo was clean and had everything you might need from beach towels to sunscreen. Our only disappointment was that the outdoor pool closes at dusk but everything else was wonderful!

Exactly as advertised! Condo had everything needed. Beach locker had all items needed to enjoy the beach without having to bring from home. Easy access to pool and beach. Clean and spacious, perfect for family of five.

Fun beach trip

Excellent location, and the condo was well cared for. It was perfect for our family. The size was a little smaller than I expected based on the photos, but it worked out fine. There is a shed on the patio that has lots of beach toys to use, and a cart to haul it to the beach and back. Very thoughtful of the owners! We would stay again.

Great Location!

Location was great. We were 10 minutes from downtown Saint Augustine and had easy access to the beach when we returned to our unit.This was a large rental. Nice size, bathrooms, and bedrooms with nice living room area and patio. We had everything we needed. The unit was as described. We could see the beach and the poo,l and it was very clean. The only reason I gave communication a four instead of a five was there was no communication via messages on the VRBO app. However, when I contacted VRBO and requested that the owner communicate with me for the check in procedures I immediately received a text with the correct information and an email.

Family's Paradise

Colony Reef Club is a family's paradise especially if you have young children(ages 2-11). The facility is somewhat shaped as a horseshoe, with the inside having either the balony or patio. Within the inside, there is a well maintained grassy area and the pool area for the children to play.

A wonderful St Augustine experience had by all

My husband, two children, mother and myself stayed at this lovely property. Paula was a delight to communicate with and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. The convenience to downtown was wonderful and being on the first floor with easy access to and from the pool and beach was ideal, especially with children. The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. We had so much fun exploring and can not wait to do it again. Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Everything about the condo was good, the location, friendly neighbors, the layout of the condo was nice. The only thing I didn’t care for was the bed.It was hard to get comfortable in this type of bed and it affected the quality of my sleep. Also a full size recliner would have been much more comfortable, as I am 6’4. And it was too small to get comfortable in

Highly Recommend this Condo....

From a visual comparison, pictures to reality it is exactly as described, which was a pleasant surprise this day and age. In other experiences we were shown either outdated pictures or completely wrong pictures...misrepresented. This condo was not, and all the amenities were just as described...right down to the beach chairs, beach wagon, pool toys, etc. These "extra" amenities is what set this condo apart from others that we were considering. Because of these we did not have to be concerned about bringing those with us or even purchasing them. This theme of hospitality, amenities, was consistent thoroughout the condo, from spices, coffee, sugar, maple syrup, etc....all of these were available...even though we brought our own, we were pleasantly surprised by the copiousness of these incidentals. Cleaning supplies were available, which we were again grateful for. The condo was very comfortable and had an air of hominess, as though it was our own second/vacation home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean and very well outfitted with very soft and plush towels. There was room for all 6 of our family memeber to sit comfortably in the livingroom. The kichen utinsels were more than adequate for our stay and there were many kitchen appliances, including, to my great surprise/delight, a rice cooker! The A/C unit kept up with our demands for remaining comfortable and the security on the premises gave us great peace of mind. If I could find any room for improvement it would be miniscule at best, save these two suggestions: The outdoor grill is electric and very small...good for maybe 4 hamburgers or 2 small steaks....as it seems that a couple of other units had the same grill, this may be a property rule limiting the size and cooking method of the grills. The other suggestion...the master bath shower head has very low pressure, and possibly need to be cleaned/descaled with vinegar. If we had known about this condo at the begininng of our search, we wouldn't have spent so much time and efforts searching....IF we ever return to St. Augstin area we will definitely be staying here!!

Perfect summer vacay

Great for families! Loved it, no complaints. Close to the pool, beach, and every night kids were playing in the yard. My kid had an absolute blast. We were sad to leave. Hope to be back again soon.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of 6. The condo offered alot of extras in case you forgot something which was so nice! Spoke to Paula a few times and she was very helpful and responded back immediately. Will definitely be returning.

Very Nice Stay and Condo

Check in was a breeze. The condo is very nice inside and out. It's located on the first floor and unloading/loading was a breeze. We are a large family of 5 with a guest (6 total) and we were all very comfortable with space and sleeping arrangements. The condo is on the beach and has a lovely outdoor pool and play area for kids. It was a quick drive to Publix and minutes from St. Augustine district/shopping. We stayed for the long weekend and had a lovely time. Laurie, the owner is very sweet and accommodating. She contacted us before arriving to give us details on what to do and responded quickly with any questions. She also was so sweet to reach out weeks after to make sure we had a nice time and enjoyed ourselves! We'd book again for spring break but it's already taken. :) Highly recommend to anyone wanting both the beach and touristy area within reach!
