Great stay. Whenever we comeback to St. Augustine we’ll definitely stay here again. The room was clean, the staff was so nice and the views were stunning. It’s literally 30 seconds from the beach and about 5 minutes for one of the St. Augustine principal attractions. 100% recommended.

Beach view is great as is location in general. Carpet needed cleaning but bathroom was well cared for. Furniture is dated but adds to the vintage feel of the property. Staff were helpful and congenial. Breakfast is abysmal with packaged foods including the mystifying “sausage on a stick”.

Friendly competent and helpful staff, clean room. Perfect view of the ocean, across from great beach area with rinsing showers and changing cabanas, very close to restaurants and stores. All rooms have water view with balconies. Very calming location. Fee parking. Great value for ocean front. Ran out of eggs at the breakfast buffet. No lobby, worst tap water I have ever tasted (not hotel’s fault, they had bottled water available at the check in counter). Not an up-to- date facility, but very comfortable and friendly. Would definitely return for view, friendliness and value.
