Sitting mere steps from the emerald blue water of the Atlantic, guests can enjoy direct beach access, shared pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a playground for the little ones to get their wiggles out. When the sun goes down, the living area will be the hub for entertaining with ample room to sit, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV. Not to mention, the chef of the group will be in paradise with access to the full kitchen!

The peace and serenity of the beach await you in Saint Augustine. Sitting 14 miles from the heart of downtown, this private oasis is close to all of the action while offering a bit of seclusion. Though the beach will be calling your name each day, venturing out a bit will provide ample amusement away from the sand! Simply walk over to Fort Matanzas National Monument, sitting less than a half-mile from the complex, and check out the historic exhibits. For a leisurely walk, Fort Matanzas Overlook Trail is right across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
