The Space:
New home in quiet neighborhood with a short drive to historic downtown and beaches. Spacious living area with 14' ceilings, comfortable sectional and 55 -inch TV, open to dining and kitchen area with stainless steel appliances. Dining space includes high bar with chairs and a dining table for four. Three bedrooms each have ceiling fan and their own bathroom. One bedroom has a door to the backyard and a small patio set. Central air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. Single car garage available. Fenced backyard with two patio sets. 5 days minimum stay. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability.

Getting Around:
To make the most of beautiful St. Augustine you will want a vehicle. Take in the historic sites in downtown historic St. Augustine or spend the day at one of the nearby white sandy beaches. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and shopping experiences abound!

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

Interaction with Guests:
Host lives locally but not onsite and is available as needed. Let us know if you would like champagne and chocolates to celebrate a special occasion. We have packages starting as low as $25.
