Perfect location to explore St Augustine

One of the nicest short term rentals we have ever stayed in! Very clean. Beautifully decorated. Thoughtfully supplied. We had a wonderful stay despite encountering lousy weather. We would stay here again.

Great House, Great Location

This was our second year at the Pink Hen House for New Year's and the experience was all we hoped. The home is fully equipped, nicely decorated, very cozy and in a great location. Easy walk to downtown but in a quiet neighborhood. The host was was able to accommodate a last minute added night to the stay and the need to retrieve left behind items. This host went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay

Super cute and cozy home. Lots of love and care was taken with high end decor and amenities.Plenty of room for a family to enjoy and be comfortable. Adorable courtyard out back for outdoor dinning or relaxing in the clean Jacuzzi. As coffee lovers, the Keurig was nice, but wish there had been a coffee pot, just a personal preference. Would be excited to stay there again. Loved it!!

The best time

This cottage is adorable. Appears to be professionally decorated. They thought of everything even beach gear we were happy to find in the shed. An easy walk to the historic district. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful cottage.

Darling spot!

Delightful stay at this charming two-bedroom, two-bath cottage in Saint Augustine. This historic home comes equipped with modern amenities, and is is in walking distance to downtown. The surrounding area is populated by plenty of people but it’s quiet and peaceful at night. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and furnished to offer optimal storage space. The backyard was darling and very private. Overall, this cottage was a perfect space for our trip, and I’d highly recommend it for two grown ups or even two couples without kids.

The Pink Hen House is a true gem.

Are you considering a stay at the Pink Hen House? If so, book it NOW! This place is a true gem. We loved every moment of our stay here and we were deeply saddened when we had to leave. We are already planning a trip back to the Pink Hen House one day. I wish I could give it more than 5 stars.

Great rental!

My husband, my mom and I stayed in the Pink Hen House for a long weekend and absolutely loved it! The house had the perfect amount of space (loved the spacious dining room and the cozy living room), great accommodations (hot tub, fire pit, and kitchen was well stocked for light cooking), and very convenient location (walking distance to the Blue Hen, super short drive to downtown). The house is just as it was described in the pictures. Well kept and very pretty decor. We are already planning another trip to St. Augustine in the new year and hope to stay in this home again!

A great little cottage

A beautifully decorated cottage close to all that historic downtown St. Augustine has to offer. The beds, pillows and linens were all very comfortable. The cottage was very clean and just beautifully decorated both inside and out. The hot tub in the backyard was a perfect way to end the day. They also have a small fire pit in the backyard. We didn't get a chance to use it due to it being rather breezy during our stay, and we didn't want to take a chance of lighting a fire with the breezy wind conditions. A great place to stay when visiting St. Augustine. We will definitely rent this cottage again.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house. I appreciate the small touches like the wine and chocolate the hosts left for us. My family enjoyed the hot tub. I loved the mattress. It was firm, comfortable, and not sunken in. We loved the Blue Hen for breakfast located just a few steps away. It’s about a 10 minute walk into town. The neighborhood is little spotty, but we felt okay. We would recommend this for a

Wonderful home

We could not recommend this house more highly. It is stunningly decorated, and our hosts thought of every detail a traveler would need. The kitchen was well appointed as were the bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were modern and very clean. The house is even more beautiful than the photos show. The house is in an excellent location and walking through the neighborhood we found a number of historical markers. Truly it was one of the most charming homes we have stayed in through VRBO . Thank you very much.

Perfect Property. Communication Lacking.

This is a beautiful property that has absolutely everything you can imagine needing. The location is excellent, close to historic center, quite and private. Unfortunately we had issues with communication with both the property owner and the management company. The property had not been cleaned when we arrived. No response was ever received from the property owner. I did manage to eventually reach the management company on the phone after sitting on hold for some time. They initially mentioned a plumbing issue that would prevent us from staying there. No plumbing issue was obvious to us and everything seemed to work just fine. No details on that were ever offered and we were ultimately allowed to stay. We washed towels and sheets and settled in.The cleaning fee was removed from my bill. I'm glad we stayed, apart from the inconvenience related to cleaning and stress involved with the uncertainty about whether or not we would be allowed to stay. Communication and responsiveness to the issues we encountered was very concerning.

Beautiful!

This cottage was beautiful & peaceful! My favorite part of St. Augustine's history is Martin Luther King marching on MLK street & I loved that we were so close to that street! I loved that it was just a short drive from so many great restaurants & activities but far enough that nothing disturbed us at night! The beds were so comfortable & the decorations were *chefs kiss*! Coffee was provided & I enjoyed a cup every morning! The porch was perfect for reading while enjoying my coffee! It was just overall a great vacation & we definitely picked the perfect place to stay! 😊
