As you enter, be sure and check out the sunken dining and living area. The large dining table seats six and is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The living area is full of comfy couches, a decorative fireplace, and a large screen TV. There's a smaller living area that can be used as a breakfast nook, a work nook, or a space to be by yourself and watch TV. Whimsical and tasteful art on the walls and a barn door give this room a special feel.

The kitchen is whimsical and modern with fish handles on the cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware for everyone. Lots of counter space means you can cook up your dream meal here and have plenty of room to work.

The ensuite master bedroom boasts a beautiful matching bedframe, night tables, and chest of drawers. A large, walk-in closet with shelves means you have plenty of space for clothes and suitcases without tripping over anything. The ensuite bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower, plenty of storage space, and a beautiful countertop. Two other bedrooms downstairs are thoughtfully decorated with different accent colors and have matching furniture and large-screen TVs. There's a guest bath downstairs and a laundry room that doubles as a powder room.

Upstairs, you'll find another bathroom and two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has wooden bunkbeds with drawers skillfully built into the steps leading to the upper bunk. Adjoining this great kid's room is a guest room with a queen bed, two closets, and lots of natural light pouring in. The upstairs bath has a combination tub/shower and plenty of storage space.

Now for your outdoor oasis. Picture this: a beautiful pergola featuring an outdoor table and chairs and lights for dining or playing board games at night. Nearby, a pool with crystal-clear water awaits you. Beyond the pool is a firepit with Adirondack chairs perfect for stories and a lesson in smores making. Nearby is a gas grill for wonderful backyard barbecues. Inside the garage, you'll find cornhole and all kinds of great beach gear such as boogie boards, a cooler on wheels, and four beach chairs. This is a nonsmoking property. This includes the upper deck and poolside, as well as any space on the property

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.

Up to two dogs are welcome for a non-refundable fee of $150 for one dog and $250 for two dogs per visit and must be disclosed upon booking.

POOL HEAT: Pool heat is available for a nonrefundable pool heating fee of $150. Pool is set to 85 when heated. Can take 24-48 hours to reach temp so please let us know prior to arrival
