The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed with stunning ocean views and includes a full bathroom with a spacious two-sink vanity, a luxury walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. The two guest queen bedrooms share a hall bathroom. Both the master bedroom and one guest queen bedroom feature private oceanfront balconies where you can relax and enjoy your favorite book. Each bedroom is equipped with flat-screen televisions that include Roku for streaming any must-see shows.

The main living area showcases fantastic beach views and includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, family room, dining area, half bath, laundry room, and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, dishes, a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, serving ware, and all the essential equipment you need for preparing home-cooked meals. The family room offers ample seating with a couch and a full-size sofa sleeper. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. We had a great stay. The property is right on the beach and comes with beach gear, beach toys, towels, and chairs. There is a shower, hose, and spout to wash off before going in the house, and there is plenty of outdoor porch/patio space. The host was very responsive. Overall, it was a great place and a wonderful vacation.

Very nice townhouse right on the beach with views from every room. Appreciated the good restaurants very close by as well as the ease of getting to downtown St Augustine. Would highly recommend.

The property was clean and very nice. The location was great as well. Direct beach access but, not too close to any of the public beach areas so not too crowded. Still fairly close to town though. Lots of great things to see and do in the St Augustine area. The property was very spacious and had great views. There was a few small maintenance issues that happened during our stay but, the property manager handled them quickly. Overall great place to stay!

We really loved staying with you for a trip. Location was super convenient to everything in Saint Augustine, as well as various beaches for shark tooth hunting! Communication was excellent, and we found the home to be well taken care of and wonderfully stocked with household items that most properties in our experience have not included. We’ll be back!

We have traveled to the St. Augustine area for the past few years, and after staying here, we cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The location was incredible. The house was clean, had so many extra towels and blankets, there were beach toys to use having so many porches to sit ridhr on the water was a dream! Can not recommend enough!

The property was as described and the location was perfect. We walked steps out to the beach and saw dolphins every day. The private outdoor shower was so nice to have to rinse off before going back inside. The garage was perfect for storing beach supplies. The deck and balconies were great to sit and watch the ocean. The property was roomy enough for 4 adults and 3 kids.

Very comfortable and well thought out. Plenty of parking right in front of the unit and the view is spectacular. We had plenty of room for our father-in-law, two teenagers as well as us. There is a Publix right down the road and plenty of restaurants with views within a mile or two. If I was going to be super critical I would suggest new patio furniture that sits high enough to look over the wood railing and the master bedroom mattress was to firm for us. Overall, it was very nice.

This home is in a great location, convenient to anything you want to do in St Augustine. It was very clean and accommodating. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Awesome direct beach access and beach is currently being restored from erosion from multiple storms over recent years. So any upcoming stays will have brand new, clean beach to enjoy. My only suggestion (not even a complaint) is that they spend a couple extra dollars on toilet paper that isn't literally see through. You could read a book through it, it's so thin lol. Fantastic property! You won't be disappointed! We'll be back for sure.

This house is very nice and the location is lovely but I think the rent is too high. We've had as nice places on the same beach for much less. Also, the No Refund for any reason is unreasonable and a huge loss for us. Our son unexpectedly die while we were there and we had to leave after staying only 3 days.
