  • Creston House 11E is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo offering a relaxed coastal stay just south of St. Augustine. Located on the quieter stretch of Crescent Beach, this well-appointed condo is ideal for guests who want direct beach access and peaceful surroundings.

    The primary bedroom features a king bed and stunning oceanfront views, allowing you to wake up to the sights and sounds of the Atlantic. The two additional bedrooms include one queen bed and two twin beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Two full bathrooms provide convenience for families or groups.

    The open living area is designed to take full advantage of the oceanfront setting, with expansive views across the dunes and shoreline. Comfortable seating makes it easy to relax after a day at the beach, while large windows fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes a flattop stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, and coffee maker, along with ample counter space and a dining area that seats everyone comfortably.

    Wireless internet is available throughout the condo, making it easy to stay connected during your stay. This was our first time staying at The Creston House and we loved it. We had a great view of the ocean and the pool was never crowded. It was just a short walk to get out to the ocean. We had a really great week and I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

The place was very clean! It’s an older unit but is absolutely cute as it can be! Love that it’s on the beach!

Host responded immediately when notified of a problem. Condo is right on ocean and had gorgeous views from porches, rooftop. Easy walk to beach. Very comfortable

Kitchen needs an "upgrade". Cabinets old and very limited. Drawer in kitchen difficult to open/use. Plates/bowls stored in mechanical room - not sanitary. AC unit leaks from ceiling in dining area - water on floor is a "slip" hazard. Upstairs bathroom floor has damaged tiles. Patio door facing beach could use some type of shade - morning sun quite hot in living area.

Great location!

Location was super convenient for getting to the beach. We loved the pool and the beach. This whole area was great, we would definitely stay at this property again.

The best thing about the property was the beach. The condo is terribly outdated. A plumber had to come twice; once because the upstairs toilet and tub leaked into the dining room and once for the AC leaking water. The sinks won’t drain. We killed several roaches. Dishes were located in a mechanical closet beside moldy pipes. A bag of garbage was left outside our door all week until we finally took it to the dumpster. The sofas and carpet desperately need cleaning. The beds were comfortable. There was easy access to the beach, but the code to re-enter wouldn’t work. Nobody could get it open, so we waited for someone to let us in. This is the first negative review I’ve ever made on VRBO. I like the vintage decor, but this needs updating before renting again.

We have stayed at Creston House for over 20 years. We love it there. Our host was excellent in communicating. There was some construction going on but it really was only noticed when we were at the pool. Overall it was excellent.

Great spot!!

This is our second time in this condo. The tanners in the family love the roof top deck. There have also been some nice improvements since our last visit!

Favorite place to stay at St Aug Beach!

My family has been visiting Creston House since 2014, and we love it! The buildings, pool, and grounds are well cared for. Super proximity to the beach! We like that its on the quieter end of the island. The unit has beautiful views and is a perfect location! I would definitely recommend it!

Great Stay

Our condo was super cute and we had balconies in every bedroom with a bonus roof one perfect for watching sunsets/sunrises. We had a leak in the roof and they were prompt about answering afterhours and being flexible with getting it repaired.

Great views through foggy windows

The view and the proximity to the beach are great. If that is what is most important to you than you can be happy here. There are some drawbacks though, some of the windows are cloudy, some screens were shredded, the ceiling in the dining area leaked when the upstairs shower was used and we had to kill palmetto bugs in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. So we felt some upgrades need to be done for the price. But we did enjoy the beach and the sunrises. The proximity to the ocean was the best part.

A nice stay

Unit was dated but very clean! Master on main and 2 bedrooms up worked very well for us. Our only issue was the Wi-Fi did not work and despite a call to the management company, we never heard from anyone regarding fixing it. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice also. We had fun exploring the St Augustine area—plenty to see and do!! Overall, we were very happy with the location and unit and would rent again!
