Spacious 3-bedroom home walking distance to Flagler College, Old Town stores and restaurants. Hip Lincolnville location with beautiful courtyard space in front of house. Farmers market, Saint Augustine distillery and Ice House are around the corner. Two free bicycles provide easy transportation to all of Saint Augustine. Beaches are a short distance across the Bridge of Lions. Backyard has an outdoor table for a family dinner or small party. Private gated parking for 2-3 cars.

Our final stop!

Our group was making a scenic history tour from Charlston to St Augustine. This was our last stop and the house was great. Cool, quiet and plenty of room for 4. We were very comfortable. All we needed was close by and we only drove to the Sunset tour boat and 1 restaurant... Caps on the Water. Highly recommend using this as your base!

Sons engagement weekend.

We had a great time in St Augustine. My son got engaged on top of the fort. We really enjoyed the house. Everything was as in the listing. It was great for the 6 of us. The house is in walking distance to the historic district. Really loved sitting out in the morning watching the squirrels. We also enjoyed the fire at night. Thanks for a great weekend.

Just what we needed

Met our needs to a T. Easy walking distance to old town tourist attractions and restaurants. Neighborhood is quiet at night for good sleep. Host is helpful and immediately responsive. We had a great stay.

Charming!

Casa del Sol was an absolutely perfect home base for myself and two teenage great-nieces. It was close to restaurants, attractions and highway. Every amenity was thought of and the home was spotless. Carol was very sweet and helpful in iur communication. This was my first VRBO and I will be back!

Hidden Gem

Spacious home near the heart of Old Town. Ample parking, quiet and nicely decorated. Three bathrooms a plus and all supplied with hair dryers, shampoo & condtioners! Beds were so comfortable! Our host Carol is very attentive if you need her. We will definitely be back!

La Quinta St. Augustine

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this 3/3 house in St. Augustine. The location was close to everything and the property was beautiful. We liked being on walking distance to downtown without being right in the middle of the busy district. 2 nights were not enough and we will definitely rent it again when we return to St. Augustine!

Location of the property is perfect. You can walk to everything downtown very easily and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. The owner is extremely nice. Everything you need in a home away from home. Clean and beautiful.

Great stay in St. Augustine!

Had a fantastic time at this property while in St. Augustine for a wedding at the Lightner. Was well within walking distance to everywhere in town that we wanted to see. The house was welcoming and clean and had good sized bedrooms and more than enough bathrooms for a group of 6. We were able to spend time together in common spaces but had plenty of privacy as well. Great outdoor spaces in the front and back of the property as well! The host was fantastic, super communicative and even let us check in early. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit!

Birthday Getaway

6 adults stayed an extended weekend to celebrate a birthday. This house had plenty of space that allowed us to spread out and enjoy our stay. The location is within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. Although we didn't take advantage of any rentals, there is a bicycle/scooter shop right around corner. The gas fire pit in the front yard was an added bonus on cool nights. Carol was very quick to respond to any requests or questions I had throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful space, in the heart of downtown

This space was perfect for a family getaway. It’s right next to downtown, has a cute front yard, was exceptionally clean, and the host was incredibly accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

Nights of Lights Stay

We had a great Christmas staying at this property. Some local family came to visit us, and we enjoyed having all kinds of activities within walking distance. The Nights of Lights is very close as are several museums and places to eat. The house was very clean and comfortable with nice furnishings and amenities. All three bedrooms are upstairs with two large bathrooms, and one bathroom is downstairs which is great for visitors. Overall a great experience and would rent the property again. Thanks!

Wonderful stay for our family of 5

From check in until leaving, Carol made it very easy for us to have a great stay.There were 3 bedrooms on the top floor, which perfectly accomodated our family of 5. The two bathrooms upstairs were detached from the bedrooms, so I wouldn't necessarily call any bedroom a master. Two rooms had dressers for our clothing and all had nice size closets to hang clothing and keep our suitcases. Kitchen was a great size. Kitchen table had seating for 4. We enjoyed the fire pit and lights outside. The location cannot be beat. We loved being able to park our car and walk everywhere! It also felt very safe. Loved hearing the church bells in the morning having coffee on the porch. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Location

The property is located in a great location which allowed us to walk to the historic district, many restaurants and attractions. The house was clean and very comfortable. A fire pit allowed us to enjoy the evenings with our family around the firepit. Great place for a get away.
