Welcome to Vilano Beach! Located in a quaint residential neighborhood, this coastal home is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! Enjoy time relaxing and grilling a meal by the heated pool or take a short walk to Caps for a stunning sunset dinner! A short walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to restaurants, shops, and a grocery store. 10 minute drive to Historic Downtown St Augustine!

The house is fully available to guests except a locked closet for the owners. Please message me for any questions, needs or recommendations. I would love to help!


The pool can be heated for an additional $50/day, available October 15th. through May 15th.please let us know if you would like us to set that up for you! If the heater has any issues or does not work during your stay, this fee will be refunded. No other part of the booking cost will be refunded. Thank you for your understanding!


Cleaning Satisfaction Guarantee: Your satisfaction and comfort are our top priorities. We maintain high cleaning standards to ensure a pristine environment for your stay. In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
