Has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room. New sofa bed and living room decor will help you transform into beach mode! The master suite includes a king sized bed and the master bathroom has a full sized walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed. Condo features new vinyl plank flooring in both bedrooms. Property amenities include hot tubs, 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, 2 swimming pools (1 heated in the winter), Shuffleboard, a new Bocce Ball Court, as well as Pickleball.

The St. Augustine Amphitheatre is only a 7 minute drive to experience that local favorite music venue, and the Historic District is only a 15 minute car ride. Enjoy the interesting and most delicious cuisine at local restaurants both on Anastasia Island and in the historic downtown area, should you choose not to cook a meal or two!
