A perfect condo to come home and relax after a day at the beach or a shopping excursion in town. The condo is a cozy, bright and sunny end-unit that offers peeks of the ocean.

Well maintained, freshly painted and both bathrooms and kitchen were recently updated. The master bathroom features a grab bar near the bathtub. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 and has 3 televisions and 2 DVD players. Your condo also includes a washer and dryer, large storage closet, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster and blender. The refrigerator has an ice maker to make your beach packing easier. Enjoy an ample supply of dishware and cookware and several types of glassware to entertain your guests or your family! There are 4 beach chairs and several miscellaneous beach toys available for your use. The master bedroom has a luxurious queen Tempur-Pedic bed. For the youngest guest, there is a Pack N Play in the condo as well!

Should you choose to stay inside or work, the condo has free wireless internet service, free unlimited local and long distance calling throughout the U.S. and Canada, and over 250 Xfinity cable channels for your enjoyment.

If you aren't taking advantage of the beach, there is much to do at St. Augustine Racquet and Resort. There are 2 pools (1 is heated in winter), 4 newly resurfaced tennis courts, a new bocce ball court, pickleball, racquetball, and shuffleboard. If that's not enough, historic old town St. Augustine is a ten-minute car ride! You'll see why St. Augustine is the new ""foodie"" and music venue of the South!

Great Location

Location is good, not too long walk to the beach/pool. Never received email/info on instructions, door codes, beach gate code. No door code upon arrival, the guard helped eventually getting some admin person who was going to send email we never received and provided code verbally (they both were professional/courteous. A neighbor gave us the code for the beach gate. place was overall clean and equiped. We didnt spend a lot of time in the apartment as the plan was to be around town.

Great access to the beach

Clean and Comfortable! We enjoyed our stay. Make sure you bring trash bags. There is a small garbage can and it fills up fast

THE ROOM LOOKED CLEAN BUT SMELLED DIRTY

AFTER BEING A MAINTENANCE MAN FOR 10 YEARS,I'VE BEEN IN A LOT OF APARTMENTS. THIS ONE LOOKED CLEAN BUT SMELLED DIRTY. THEY HAVE FEATHER PILLOWS LAYING AROUND. SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC TO THEM. I COUGHED THE WHOLE TIME I WAS IN THE ROOM. DIDN'T REALILIZE THEY WERE FEATHER TILL THE LAST DAY. WOULD USE VRBO AGAIN BUT WOULD NOT STAY HERE.
