The Space:
Spectacular 4 Bedroom 2 Bath pool home just 1 block from the beach! Large, screened lanai has a beautiful saltwater pool with hot tub and plenty of additional seating for indoor or outdoor dining. Upstairs, relax on the screened-in balcony as you lay in your hammock just off the master bedroom. Surround sound allows you to enjoy music throughout the house, on the balcony and in the pool area. An outdoor shower is great for those return trips from the beach. Wood floors throughout the main living areas and upstairs bedrooms. During the cooler months turn on the double-sided wood burning fireplace in the Master Bedroom or sit by the fire in the downstairs living area. Additional features include dual shower heads with separate controls in the master shower and a whole house generator in the event of power loss during a storm. Smart TVs with Samsung TV Plus. No cable. Streaming apps can be accessed via guest's personal log-ins. Please note: The pool is naturally heated by the sun during the warmer months. If you need baby items (crib, highchair, stroller, baby bath, changing table and/or porta crib) or beach chairs they are available at no charge upon request with a minimum of 48 business hours' notice. For weekend and holiday deliveries there is a $25 fee. All items subject to availability.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive detailed check-in instructions at 3:00 PM on day of check-in.

Close to the beach and historic downtown St. Augustine, you are near amazing restaurants, shopping, historic tours, festivals, events, carriage rides, trolley rides, museums, and more. Take a step back in time as you walk on St. George Street or enjoy the amazing holiday lights during the spectacular Nights of Lights, beginning mid-November through January. Take time to get some sun or stroll on the sand just steps away! 20 minutes away you will find award-winning championship golf courses…The King & Bear and The Slammer & Squire. Boats, paddleboards and other watercraft can be rented from local businesses, just 3 miles away. Walk to the finest water-front restaurants, or have meals delivered to your door.

Other Things to Note:
We love animals, but the owner has a strict NO PET policy. Assistance animals must be disclosed and approved in advance. For approval, please send a message to the host and we will direct you to the third-party screening which must be completed prior to bringing any service animal onto the premises. If authorized, a photo and vaccine records must be provided prior to bringing the animal onto the premises. Animals are not allowed to be left unattended.

Interaction with Guests:
