Not Your Average Pool Home At The Beach! Amenities Galore! Walk to the beach!

Amazing 5 bedroom home on the largest lot in St. Augustine! There is a heated, enclosed pool, spa, private putting green, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and lounge seating. All while being surrounded by mature landscaping to help you remember you are in paradise!

You will NOT be sharing the home with other guests - we close down the pool cottage and the main home is yours to enjoy. If you need extra space our suites please inquire about adding on our 2/2 pool cottage.

We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach - just pack your clothes! This is a PRIVATE rental (aka nobody additional will be renting property).

Please note: A liability waiver is required within 24 hours of booking.

If you are in need of the entire property that includes 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms please let me know and I will send you the pricing for the entire property!

We have private chefs and photographers for hire as well as an in-house massage therapist. This will be a luxury home and we can't wait to share it with you!

- Beach gear (chairs, cart, toys, cooler, boogie boards, etc)
- Kayaks & Stand up paddle board
- Bikes (including a tandem bike) and scooters for kids
- Game room includes foosball, arcade Pinball, dual basketball toss, corn hole, life size tic tac toe, and life size Jenga! (oh and an extra fridge/freezer)

Everything you need!

Well maintained home, perfect location - beach, pool, hot tub, golf cart, game room for kids...all wrapped in one. Host was always responsive and made sure all our needs were met. Would highly recommend!

Quality Family Time

Wonderful home to spend time with others with plenty of space for alone or quiet time! We enjoyed the yard, pool, hot tub, etc. as well as the bikes and walk to the beach or river! The home is well stocked and Jess is incredibly responsive!
