We would come back and recommend to others

We stayed in a very clean 2 bed/2 bath unit. Inside the unit was clean and up to date. The master bedroom had an extra sink in the room (separate from the bathroom) which was nice. We appreciate the pump soaps instead of the small bar hand soaps! The exterior of the complex was very well maintained and clean. The pool is large with a 9 ft area, great for jumping in! The private walkway to the beach was very convenient and the area to wash off when you return from the beach is very nice. The beach wasn’t overcrowded and we enjoyed morning and evening walks on the beach with minimal people.

Wonderful relaxing week.

Great location and cute place

The place was perfect for what we needed and was less than a mile from my aunt's house. The setup was great for us since it was siblings and nieces/nephews so the double bed room was ideal. It is a quick walk to a very wide part of the beach which was wonderful! Would stay again!

Property was nice and nice location! There were only 2 small beach chairs and 2 pool towels for 5 people. The kitchen could have been better equipped.

Spring Break

Front door lock definitely needs to be changed!Code never worked, so when we first got there we spent about 30 minutes trying to get in. Called and got lock box key but that was a pain too. Needed to use key 5-10 times while locking and unlocking. Really an issue. Downstairs shower 0 to no water pressure. Pictures were very deceiving regarding bathrooms, very small. Carpet needs to be cleaned. Pool was freezing and small. Loved St.Augustine and will be back but would stay somewhere else.

Great stay!

We found this unit very clean and well-stocked with everything needed to live comfortably for the week. This unit had a very nice washer and dryer. There were enough paper products for our entire stay. There was a traditional coffee maker as well as a single kcup machine. We did not cook much, but the kitchen seemed to have everything needed to do so. There were hair dryers in the vanity. The unit had two beach chairs. The only thing slightly lacking was beach towels, so bring your own if there are more than a couple of you staying. The complex itself was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was large. It is in a great spot for a calm family vacation-just a hop and a skip from the more active northern scene. Check-in and check-out was seamless. We have stayed at this complex many times, and it never disappoints.
