"Alexander and Ally went above and beyond to assist us after a full day of traveling overseas. Thank you so much for your kindness! It made adjusting so much easier!"

"There isn’t an elevator. We stayed at the Shannon Suite (top floor) which was 81 steps. All luggage had to be carried. I would not recommend for elderly."

"Sehr schönes Stadthotel mit super Lage."

"Situation géographique exceptionnelle, parfaite pour un court séjour. Personnel accueillant et efficace."

"Viktor and Carmen are the best!"

"Great location, clean comfortable room, decent sized bed."

"Location was perfect for walking around the city. Room was clean, staff friendly and helpful"

"The bed was difficult to get into for the person sleeping closer to the wall. There was no sheet on the bed, only a comforter. The iPad is a must for controls and requests - I asked for an alternative and was told there wasn’t one. Parking garage is right next door, I did know not know they would validate (50% off parking) so I prepaid it. At the front desk they offered breakfast vouchers. The breakfast was great, there was a good menu. Both men working at the front desk were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely return."

"The staff here were incredibly attentive and pleasant. When I checked in, the front desk staff noticed it was my birthday and gave us two free drinks from the bar to celebrate! We stayed one night, then went to Kilkenny for the night, and came back for two more - they held our big suitcases for us, for free, so we didn't have to take them with us. When my late night Uber eats delivery times weren't matching with the app, the front doorman worked to flag them down and the lady at the front desk...
