"Maddie (the owner)was there if required and very helpful. Well equipped and quiet place to stay. If you have children there is a vast amount od toys and a toy shed. There are chickens at the end of the garden and love to be fed any scraps you have left. The garden is well kept and very pleasant. I give it 5 stars."

"We had a lovely few days relaxing in the countryside. Great property, lovely open space for kids to play and gorgeous peaceful views across the valley. We did a day trip to Paris, taking the train from L’Aigle. Check in and out very easy and Nathalie an attentive and helpful host. Would recommend!"

"We had a wonderful week at Stella and Bob's property. The house was well equipped and set in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Our children loved the table tennis, badminton net, football goal and swings & slide! Our hosts were very helpful and friendly and we hope to return in the future."

"Beautiful property and grounds with lots of sunny spots and shady spots. The pool was beautiful too. We did a couple of day trips out but mostly just chilled out and made use of the pool and table tennis. There was also a tennis court with basket ball hoop but we didn’t use it. Good local supermarkets and we tried the local pizzeria and bakeries - all excellent."

"The location is on the edge of a quiet village and with only subtle sounds of frogs from the pond and whinnies from the horse it was bliss. This was our 2nd stay and would love to come back again. Transport is required to access local shops but the ride out is so lovely it isnt a worry. We stayed for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and found it a good base to stay for the events. "We have just returned from a week stay and I can honestly say, this property is breathtaking! The house, the pool, the grounds - it’s absolutely lovely. We were a family of 7 with different aged children and there is so much to do and see. "This is in a retirement complex within walking distance (1km) of the centre of Lisieux. The room we had was good, with a kitchen with Hob and microwave and a dining area. At the weekend the access to the building is by key code and the reception is not manned all the time. Very quiet. The set up seems quite surreal, but actually works well."
