"Large room with just the right level of furniture, no clutter. Comfortable beds, great breakfast every day and the hosts were so welcoming."

"We were visiting family in Lifton ,Launceston and the surrounding area and had not visited this guest house before,but will certainly go back again. The house is spotless and beautifully maintained and breakfast is straight forward and well presented a great way to start the day. The host's are lovely people,what more can I say."
