"Awesome hotel and stay over all, I usually make this my Go-To hotel when staying in St Louis, nice place, great location, Home made breakfast is awesome. Usually no problems, this time most all of the ice machines were down, not working and the internet in my room on 4th floor was very , very weak and intermittent, kept getting kicked off, basically couldn’t watch tv or do much online. Staff didn’t seem to know anything about it, but unchanged over 4 days. Also , terrible system making patrons...
