The house is perfect for golfers and families, or groups of friends, looking for a central location to sample the many benefits of the town and wider 'East Neuk of Fife'.

Great location. Clean, bright, and quiet. Exactly as described. Would have been great to have a bin in the upstairs main bath, but an amazing stay. Would definitely stay there with a group again.
2nd time staying in this lovely house. So comfortable and in such a perfect location - tucked away in the centre of town but still quiet surroundings. Immediate access to shops, restaurants and bars and makes for a perfect stay. Thanks again Martyn.

This house is in a great location and is perfect for anyone coming to St. Andrews! It is in the middle of everything and about a 7-8 minute walk to the Old Course!

Perfect location and well equipped. We had family units staying in nearby properties and were able to easily all get together for dinner as the living space was sufficiently large and kitchen was well equipped.
We truly enjoyed our stay in Martyn’s adorable house. The house had plenty of room for our family of five, all the comforts of home and central location to all. The designated parking spot was a bonus as we did have a rental car and parking in the village center can be a bit challenging. Can’t wait to go back!
This property is well appointed, spacious and clean. The location in the heart of St Andrew’s is perfect! It is in a small secluded courtyard just off the main street in town so quiet but in the heart of town. Couldn’t have asked for more.
I've stayed at this property once before and I adore it. Martyn is a responsive host and the home is cozy and well situated near the University, restaurants, shops, etc. I would highly recommend it.
This was a golfing break for a group of friends. House was perfect for what we needed in terms of space, amenities and close proximity to town centre and golf course. Would definitely recommend
The best location in St Andrews. Location is in the middle of town walking distance to everything
One issue, we checked in at 6:00 PM, the home hadn’t been cleaned so after a day of travel we had to leave for 2 hours while housekeeping cleaned
Spent a week with a couple friends playing golf at anear Saint Andrews. Can't imagine there is a better location in town. I have already been in contact with t he owner and will be going back again next year.
Property was exactly as advertised. Centrally located, clean and close to everything! Everything in the unit worked…appliances, etc. Would stay here again for sure!!!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and so conveniently located and laid out. Our only tiny complaint was that the bed mattresses for the twin beds were quite outdated and uncomfortable. However, we would definitely return.
