"Everything was good "

"I was in town for a funeral. I had flown in on a very early flight after rising at 2 am to get to the airport on time. I was travelling with my 87 year old mom and my husband who is in poor health. Both my sons missed the flight. It was a long and stressful trip to St. Albert. I asked for early check in for even 1 of the 3 rooms, so they could both access the room early to rest. The hotel was fully booked, so could not accommodate. BUT, then Nette called and said they had a room cleaned early and we could come and rest in it anytime after 1 pm. That was a God send. At that moment, we were parked in a mall parking lot sleeping in our rental car. Nette and the rest of the staff were above and beyond helpful and sympathetic and deserve a raise."

"We needed a place to stay with our family (including our dog). Excellent hotel,super friendly and accommodating staff. I will recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet, nice stay."

"Walkable distance to the convention center and quite a few restaurants and bars. Extremely easy to take the 747 bus from the airport to the train; train station is only 2 1/2 blocks to the hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was spacious and clean. "
