David was very kind when we spoke, answered all my questions and shared recommendations of local grocery stores and restaurants. The configuration of the condo was perfect for our two families and the ladybugs that moved in! :) The room with the 4 twin beds gets very cold so we kept the door open as much as possible but I would recommend bringing a space heater since I don’t believe that is something that can be fixed. "Phenomenal location on the resort. Was able to park the car and take the shuttle not only around the resort, but directly to the lifts. Beautiful large 3 bedroom, but it is a blend of hotel and home. So while it is impeccable clean, the kitchen is sparse, and we had to purchase extra blankets to comfortably sit around the living room fire place. Otherwise, this is money well spent and would not only HIGHLY recommend, but would personally stay here again and again!"

"The cottage was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Carl was very responsive when we had questions. The setting, right on the water, was so special! My daughter and I really enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake. Also, the windows at the back of the house face the water, so you can enjoy the view from inside. The cottage is also very close to St. Albans, which is a really nice town with lots of good restaurants, and 2 great coffee shops. This is a nice place in a great location!"

"Perfect location- close to many shops, town green etc. Owner paid much attention to detail, well appointed, very clean, comfortable recliner chairs, full kitchen. The only thing that could make this even better would be a Queen size bed instead of full but would likely be a tight fit. Pretty comfortable bed overall. Will definitely be repeat customers going forward."

"We had a fantastic weekend stay in this amazing home on Lake Champlain to celebrate my daughter’s college graduation. With 11 of us in the group, the space was more than comfortable — plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Even with some rainy weather, the breathtaking views more than made up for it. We especially loved having access to four kayaks and a wide variety of unique and fun games that kept everyone entertained.The location is perfect — close to restaurants, grocery stores, and everything else we needed. A big thank you to the property manager, who was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with the AC (our error, not the property) We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to make such special memories. Highly recommend!"
