Part of historic Wheathampstead Place, owned by two former Prime Ministers, our ground floor apartment is modern, light and airy with 2 good size bedrooms (super-king and king beds which can be split into singles on request) with an additional single bed, or a cot, we can put up in the lounge on request. Master bathroom and second toilet. Parkingy for 2 cars.

They are next to our home and well cared for.
The space
Aqua-Lisa smart rain shower (thermostatically blended water temperatures controlled at the touch of a button) in the master bathroom, second separate toilet, Smart TV, high speed wifi, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, built in wardrobes (both bedrooms) and small garden at the front shared with the first floor apartment.

There is a super-king bed in the master bedroom and the king bed in the second bedroom can be made into single beds on request. We can also put up an additional single bed or a cot in the lounge, or put up a dedicated work desk in the second bedroom (with Ethernet connection), on request.

Dedicated parking spaces for two cars.

Self-contained apartment with all that you should need.
Other things to note
No steps in the apartment except for a small step up into the shower. There is one step into the building at the front door for which we have a folding ramp to assist with wheelchair access if required.
