"Older property, common areas look a little tired. However, the room itself was very nice, the bed was comfortable, good coffee and other en-suite treats. Breakfast was decent, staff was courteous. Overall, good for the price."

"location 10 mins on bus or 5 mins taxi very friendly staff lovely bedroom and shower the breakfast was spoiled for choice unbelievable breakfast with cereal or fruit yogurt and you can walk on the front just down road from enterprise over railway crossing its lovely walk and you will not be disappointed with location"

"The room was excellent the bathroom a little tired with no separate shower. There was no hot water on one of the mornings. The view from the room/balcony was stunning. The continental breakfast was good although there were no warm croissants. The cooked breakfasts were not very freshly cooked, especially the scrambled eggs and bacon. The Bay Bar staff were very pleasant and the food excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it and would stay there again."
