There was an error on my checkin date. We took almost an hour finding my booking name and confirmation from Expedia. The manager took care of me very well. While even 1 hr later. Expedia couldn’t response anything. However, I was sent to rest to the room by all the welcoming hotel staff happily..

Everything was great, but I had to make some changes to my reservation and I was charged a penalty fee which I think I shouldn't of payed. As I stayed at their hotels (Pahalgam, Sonamarg, Gulmarg) for the rest vacation. I only changed the locations.

The stay was comfortable in well kept rooms. centrally located & walking distance from dalgate. only suggestion is to bring in more choice in the 24 hours food menu
