"This hotel was wonderful. We loved the Eastern vibe, the layout of the hotel, the size and cleanliness of the room. The pool is nice. The onsite restaurant is excellent, with great food and prices! Breakfast was quite elaborate. The staff were ready to handle any request instantly. We just really loved this place. The famous Sunday night market is a short walk around the corner. It felt like we were in our own secure walled oasis. I can't recommend this place enough. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Chiang Mai."

The food at the restaurant is highly recommended. We first found Aksara by stopping in for lunch in Feb 2023 and I was delighted to get a chance to stay there on this visit. "

I really like the unlimited glass water bottles and the coffee that was available throughout our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. AC unit and a shower with good running hot water. "Beautiful hotel with very friendly, hardworking staff. Very comfortable spacious rooms. (No elevator but very suitable if you can navigate stairs). Walking distance to shopping, night markets, restaurants, coffee, and massage. Would definitely stay here again. "
