BED Phrasingh was in an ideal location near Wat Phra Singh and near the main road of the old city. The breakfast was great, a good variety of Thai and western options. Fresh fruit and coffee/tea complimentary all day as well as free water in coolers positioned throughout the hotel. Also the "minibar" was free of charge and stocked daily. The pool was nice and clean. It was great hotel in a great location at a great price.

We absolutely loved our stay there! Such fantastically nice service. A lot more included in the room than they advertise up front, tons of snacks and drinks, etc. Rooms are beautifully kept classic designs, with extremely high ceilings. Staff is up there for the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of staying with. Just extremely kind and helpful, with a good sense of humor, and never overbearing or "too present".

We are a family of 4 and booked a suite, which was more than enough for us (two large bedrooms and living room). The hotel itself is amazing. Traditional Thai Chinese architecture, incredibly serene. Many small gardens throughout the hotel, and I found myself taking drinks there just to relax and enjoy the serenity. The hotel is very convenient to all local attractions and staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Absolutely the most amazing customer service of my life. I have never in all my years been treated as good as I was at this hotel. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, gorgeous atmosphere. I felt like I had walked into a proper Thailand resort the way the hotel is decorated. The room I stayed in the first night wasn't good enough so they upgraded me free of charge.
