"The hotel was very nice but was so empty that there was hardly ever anyone at the front reception area to help with anything that was needed and I had to wait multiple times. Not a huge deal as I wasn’t in a rush but just being honest and that could make a difference for some. Also a bit disappointed that the pool was closed even though the weather was super nice."
