"One space to park right on the corner of a round about so tight that one person cant get out. Got there and no key in the safe then had to go in the shop to get one. Finally got one and was tkld it wasnt the same apartment we booked as it had a leak. "We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Check in was easy, the staff were very polite and efficient also very accomodating nothin was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, a bit outdated but it did not affect my options. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. It had a bath with shower, complimentary toiletries etc, clean towels every day although I only stayed 2 nights. Dining room/bar area very nice and meals, drinks etc were reasonably priced. If I were to return to Grimsby I would definitely use this hotel again. It is a couple of minutes walk to the shopping centre and train station. "
