"This farm-style decorated cottage was wonderful! It was clean and cozy with a full kitchen. It was fun watching the antics of the roaming goats and chickens on the farm. The owners even put fresh eggs in your fridge! Wonderful experience!"

"We were disappointed almost as soon as we entered our room. Although it was clean, it was crammed full of furniture with little floor space. The bathroom sink did not drain. We were told by the owner that previous customers had poured cereal and coffee grounds down the sink. It would have been preferred that she had assigned a different room if she knew that."

"Great place for family, nice large kitchen for making meals. Peaceful area right next to Letchworth, literally down the street from the Perry entrance. You will be out in the cornfields which we really enjoyed. Close enough to markets and gas. Little over an hour to Niagra also."
