"The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The room was a good size and from the 18th floor we had a great view of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the free breakfast, which was changed every morning, was lovely. The staff were very friendly, especially Pinky, who remembered my name after one interaction at check in. The hotel is a small walk to Southern Cross Train Station and the trams are not far either. There are a range of restaurants near the station and a good sized outlet. I enjoyed the hotel and would easily stay there again."
