"Homelea Cottage was a great way to start our Scottish vacation. Hosts Katy and Geoff were incredible with communication and made the process seamless. The cottage is well appointed and they thought of everything. The bed is very comfortable and even comes with adjustable heat. The bathroom is also setup perfectly with a tub and shower combo, much appreciated by us Americans! Also much appreciated is the cottage having both a washer and separate dryer. Although there is no assigned parking, free village parking is offered just a few yards from the front door.and there is plenty. There are several large supermarkets and retail within a 10 minute drive. We wish we would have stayed longer to explore the surrounding village. This is a wonderful and quiet place to stay and relax."

"We had a lovely time staying here. The cottage was immaculate, warm and comfortable. The shower was powerful and hot, the sofa comfortable as was the bed. It’s not often we’ve had all those boxes ticked in one property. The garden to the back was large and very pretty but we didn’t sit in it due to the time of year and we were out and about a lot. However, in better weather it would definitely be a bonus.There is lots to see around the area and you’re perfectly situated to do this here.Jacqueline was very nice and made herself available if needed but very discreet if not.We would highly recommend this property and would happily return."
