"I stayed at this cabin with three friends to celebrate our 60th birthday year. The cabin is in a quiet peaceful setting yet is convenient to Berkeley Springs and nearby Cacapon State Park. It is a well-appointed cabin in the woods with a lovely hot tub and a great screened porch! We had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the ping pong table! "This is a stunning, beautifully decorated, well stocked house with a view and an incredible river access point. We spent the days just lounging about in the river chatting with the occasional kayaker who passed by, sitting by the firepit at night, and playing games on the beautiful screened-in porch. Two fridges, games in the basement, easy water access - might be one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever had. Already planning on booking again for next year."

"Amazing stay in Cacapon. Place is idyllic. You really should have a 4x4 to get up the final hill. We almost didn’t make it multiple times. Scary situation! Also, there are 2 of this address. One in Cacapon and one in Berkeley. Make sure you enter the one in Cacapon! Otherwise amazing amazing amazing!"

"My family needed a well-deserved getaway, and this is the perfect location. We caught up with family living in the area. This house was designed for entertaining. "This is a beautiful and spacious home with river access and porch for sunning and relaxing. We spent 2 of our 4-night hiking trip here. The owner went out of his way for us, lighting the fire pit, and bringing smore fixings for the kids (12 and 13). Inner tubes and kayaks were available, and despite the cold temp., the kids tubed down the shallow river and were in heaven! Spotlessly clean, and we were thrilled to find Rummikub in the game cupboard. Quiet, private area."

"This property was clean, modernly decorated and well furnished/supplied. It would sleep 6 but it is small. We were just the 2 of us and it was good. Like someone else said in their review, the neighborhood is not visually nice but the rental property itself is nice. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub. For an issue we had, the owner responded very promptly."

"The property has a beautiful setting on a tranquil gorgeous mountain. Our family loved the birds and opportunity to hike this setting. Ages ranged from infant to pre-teen, parents, and grandparents. Something for all, tree swings and creeks, nice trail paths. The owner is a candy expert and the kids were invited to find the bowls throughout the artfully decorated cabin. Late night Uno matches followed ping pong. This natural retreat is uniquely charming, we all loved it."

"This place is super close to the Trak and Yak trip which we were in town for. It was a great location right in the middle of town. The only complaint would be the three window AC units did not cool the whole house. At least the evenings were cool to open the windows. Would stay there again, but would bring a fan for the king size bedroom that did not have a window unit."

The neighborhood was tranquil and we were right across the street from the Cacapon Resort State Park, which had loads of activities to do that made 4 adult females feel like kids again!
