"The spacious house had plenty of beds in the right orientation for our family. The view of the water in the canal and the surroundings was beautiful. While the outside of the house could use a good cleaning, the inside was very clean. My grandchildren enjoyed playing with the toys in the kids room."

"2 family Spring break trip was an absolute blast and Mulberry Estate was a big reason why. Was clean, nicely decorated, plenty of room, beds, and entertainment options to accommodate our large and age diverse group. "Had a family Christmas which worked great, spacious for kids of all to have room to play/ relax. Would definitely recommend!!"

"This property was very nice and accommodating. Our host did a great job of communicating and staying in touch with us. The only small problem (which ended up not being a problem at all for us), is that the property is ONLY accessible by boat. They do provide a small barge for you to burrow and they offer a “boat taxi” service. Overall the experience was great, just be prepared for a tiny boat ride across the canal."
