"Just as advertised: clean and classy. The mattresses were better than my own, and even had a thin down comforter which is a great touch, and the shower had the extra overhead "rain" attachment. Jonathon was great. Oh, and the bacon: none of that overcooked thin stuff, oh no. The area around Timbers isn't great, but it's a gem."

"Surprisingly nice little place despite outside appearances. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom looked newly remodeled. I stayed in room 109. Front desk attendant was very friendly and chatty. Busy street near the university but I had no trouble sleeping or with road noise. Has the old fashion under-the-window heater/AC which is of course noisy but expected. Nice one night stop over on a road trip."

"Ok. First of all, its not a 5 star for the price. Its an average, plain jane worn place the owners are diligently working on. Very accomodating with early check in, extra towels & pillows. Basic place, for a basic price, but worth it. Oh& the traffic noise? Youre on a 24 hr busy thoroughfare...duh..."

"I am not going back but it's not bad for what it is. Wifi is a joke, maybe it's just my room but I tried to use the WiFi several times but the data rate was horrible. The window heater/ac blows right over the bed. Someone has put a lot of work maintaining everything but the budget was really tight. Fair amount of human drama can be heard unfolding with in hearing distance."

"The Parkway Inn might be the best value for lodging in Eugene. It is an older motel, but our room was freshly painted and clean, and it had perfectly serviceable furnishings (though some people might find the double bed too small for their liking), a heater/AC that worked well and a large mini-fridge. Though it is on a busy street, we didn't hear any noise at night with the window closed. The staff were pleasant and helpful."

"We ended up staying here because the motel where we'd been was totally booked and we needed somewhere else to go for one night due to events in Eugene. It turned out to be a great choice. The lady at the desk was friendly and informative, we could park right by our room, and the room was comfortable (most comfortable bed I'd slept on in several weeks of traveling!). "I booked this place for two top reasons; The fact it was out in the country with a river view And because it had a hot tub on the deck I was disheartened that the hot tub was not functioning. I reached out to the property owner( right next door) and she said she knew nothing about the hot tub, but her husband did. I then reached out to the property manager- left a message and sent a text- never got a reply. I loved the done house itself. And the view was amazing!!!"
