Valley River Inn

"We stayed for several days and overall what stood out was the staff. They were all great. The property is nice and generally well kept, with lovely balconies overlooking the river, and screen doors to leave open for the river breezes. We found our room full of pot smoke twice because other neighbors were more thoroughly enjoying their respective balconies. The earplugs bedside were helpful because the rooms' interior walls are thin. Levitating in shock from the fire alarm going off in the middle of the night was a bit of a downer. The room had a nice refrigerator and kettle for our few groceries and was enough to make a cup of oatmeal and tea in the mornings and keep a few things on hand. There was plenty of parking and the restaurant has nice riverside dining... the food was better than most of the surrounding chain restaurants - it's worth a steak or salmon entree by the river, drinks were good pours. It's tidy, it was cleaned and the cleaning staff did a good job in the room daily. I'd say the opportunity for improvement are the bed polyester blend sheets and pillows- not menopause friendly. Beds were otherwise comfy. Good value overall."

"Spark was very well situated in the area near the freeway. There were plenty of places to eat nearby. They offered a continental breakfast which excluded hard boiled eggs, bagels, muffins, cereal and they have oat milk as an option for those who cannot do milk. They offer coffee 24/7. The room was very clean. They have updated phone charging units. Blackout shades. Elevator."

"Property is very clean, the room was clean, but the negative is the old toilet and bathtub with very old faucets. Bathroom needs updating. The amenities were minimal, no selection of breakfast at all, you can get a breakfast granola bar or oatmeal, coffee and tea and that is it."

"Twisted River Ranch cottage was amazing. The host Dianne and her husband were also amazing. Very helpful with us giving us directions for the covered bridge. Also brought us fresh farm eggs to cook such nice people. The walk around the ranch is really nice. Something that you should do if you stay the cottage is centrally located with close distances to everything which made that very nice parking was easy easy to find the cottage was very clean and the pictures represented the cottage very well thank you so much. We had a wonderful time."
