"Soo when I arrived they had over booked the hotel and unfortunately the front desk lady refused to help me find another room. Expedia policy is for them to find a new hotel and they pay for it. After almost two hours of fighting this out with her at 11pm she finally got us a room at the hotel next door and then we only stayed one night at this hotel. They did comp parking and food and drinks and late check out. The all over experience left a very bad taste in my mouth."

"The Deluxe Studio was larger than we expected. Also, there is a nice separation between bedroom & kitchen/living area. Clean, modern, & no clutter. Quiet, beautiful main entrance area to building. Great location & a couple blocks to Broadway. Parking a full-size pick-up truck was better than expected due to the info in prior reviews (just go slow) & the very detailed instructions (with pictures) from Kasa. Would stay here again & recommend to others. Thank you."
