"We lost power twice in 2 different areas of our cottage and maintenance had to come out. It took them 2hrs to find someone and they did show up at midnight. Two wall plugs also blew out. The next day we lost power in the bedroom and bathroom and the entire system box had fried!! The picture that was shown to me was not the loft we ended up getting. We had these horrible metal twisty stairs with a tiny platform to turn around on to finish getting upstairs. We couldn't use the loft as we're 72 and 75yrs old and my husband uses a cane. No railing on the outside to get up on the porch so l had to grab a column to help myself up and no railing around the porch. We have stayed in Margaritaville Orlando twice and loved it. This was a 50th wedding anniversary trip and we expected like Orlando. The staff was fantastic 👏 and so was the pool area and restaurant."
