"Easy check in and checkout. Only gave staff 3 stars because a N.A. wasn’t available- we never saw anyone- keys were left out in envelope for us and we used the key drop on the way out - easy peasy . Location was perfect for our needs. WiFi was weak and we had better LTE but room was clean and warm which was great. "After a very stressful 4-5 weeks in our regular life, a week of peaceful days and quiet nights couldn’t have been more appreciated. Weather beautiful, a little windy for fly fishing but our guide on the lakes made it work. Fishing right off the dock early mornings and late evenings with spectacular sunsets right in front of us. Explored and found new areas to fish, hoping to be back soon."

"Quiet and relaxing"

"Great cabin!! I could move here!! Recently remodeled! 2 bedrooms downstairs and one large bedroom with 2 beds upstairs. Extra outdoor cooking/dining area, with gas grill, blackstone and picnic table. Down the hill is a dock, bit of a steep climb, but great for fishing and swimming. Canoe and kayaks available. Friendly owners right next door and willing to accommodate guest however needed. Definitely will be staying here again when we all come up to visit family!!"

"The property at Grand Lake Stream was exactly as advertised. It was clean, plenty big enough and the setting simply could not have been better. Even during a cooler than usual late August, we were in the water every day (don’t forget your water shoes, you’ll need them). The kayaks and canoes were great, and the fire pit was the highlight at the end of virtually every day—a mere 20-feet from water’s edge. A wonderful spot, with incredibly responsive hosts"
